Exchange or return is allowed in store only within 14 days from the date of purchase for all goods except:

All types of skin-contact corsets.

Those with a healthy opening at the bottom.

Thermal and non-thermal.

Which are subject to the exchange and return law only within 24 hours from the date of purchase according to the State of Kuwait Law No. 39/2014 for skin-contact goods.

 

*Medical accessories and sponge goods are not subject to exchange or return for health reasons.

 

The customer has the right to exchange or return within 24 hours, provided that the goods are completely unused and in the same condition as purchased, free of stains or defects and in a condition that allows them to be sold again with the card (label or tag) attached to it, fully packaged, with the necessity of presenting the original purchase invoice upon exchange or return.

 

Corsets refrains from exchanging or returning any corsets that have been proven to have been used or tested in any way for health reasons.

 

However, you can submit a return or exchange request only in one of the following cases:

 

If the product delivered is not the product you ordered.

 

If the problem you are experiencing is due to a manufacturing error in the product.

 

If the size, color or model of the product delivered is different from what was ordered.

 

To exchange or return, both the bag and the product must be in excellent condition similar to the condition received
